Greetings, Captain.
This is the <Crusaders Quest> dev team.

And this would be our first dev letter in 2023. It has been almost 9 years since the Crusaders Quest was first released in 2014. We thank you for your constant support and encouragement. This dev letter contains information the next week’s updates and Customer Service.

Our update scheduled for next week is as follows:

■ Luxurious Costumes
【Dara】 and 【Roland】 will be wearing their Luxurious Costume this time. For 【Dara】, we have been receiving feedback for so long about how awkward it is to include a dragon in her Soulbound Weapon Passive. We are updating various effects for the first time in a while, and we decided to change the dragon into an elephant in her basic passive animation this time. These two Heroes have been keeping Hasla safe for a long time, so please stay tuned for their transformation!

– Luxurious Costumes for 【Dara】 and 【Roland】 will be added.
– Luxurious Costume illustration for 【Dara】 and 【Roland】 will be added.

■ Costumes
The costumes for 【Svenja】, 【Ozma】, 【Caroline】, 【Jack】, 【Charlotte】, and 【Malsook】 will be added.

 

■ Hero Home Furniture
Desert-themed furniture will be added.

 

■ Chat Stickers
New chat stickers of 【Hong-Ran】, the Hero chosen by the last Ordeal winner, will be added.

■ Illustrations for Loading Screen
In celebration of the 3000-day anniversary of <Crusaders Quest>, we will be adding one original illustration and its pixel graphic version. Captains, thank you for being with us for 3000 days! Please also look forward to our 3000-day event reward!

 

■ Hero Adjustment
We are currently working on the adjustment of 4 Heroes. We haven’t finished validating them yet, so please check the next patch notes coming soon to see who they will be.

 

■ Gameplay Improvements
– There will be no more Raid related quests for 【Rank Quest】.
– Filter and Search functions will be provided for various Selection Tickets.

■ Package Improvements
The rewards for the following packages will be enhanced. Please keep the list in mind for your next purchase.
– 【Legendary Bread Package 1】
– 【Legendary Bread Package 2】
– 【EP3 Raids and Challenges Package】
– 【EP4 Raids and Challenges Package】

■ New Package
【Valentine’s Day Package】 will be added.

 

Lastly, we would like to share the response from our Customer Service department. We have been receiving many inquiries written in your language, Captains. We are getting new inquiries every day, and we have been responding by increasing the number of customer service representatives. And we are very sorry if you have not received any replies yet. We plan to respond to all inquiries by the end of February. Starting in March, we will try our best to provide immediate answers.

In 2023, we will do our best to provide better and more reliable services. If we have missed something, please let us know by participating in the survey. We look forward to your support and advice.
