Greetings, Captain.
This is the Crusdaers Quest Devlopment team.

A late Merry Christmas, and an early Happy New Year! We hope all our captains to have a happy end of the year, and a wonderful new year. In this letter, you will be able to see what will happen in the next update, the errors that are currently being fixed, and the development direction in 2023.

Here are the updates for the following week.

■ Event: You Are No Match for The Mighty Heroes!
On 26 October, 2022, A bug that made the heroes grow bigger was found while the QA members from the development team were testing 【Don’t Mess with Fergus!】. It was a cute bug, but we couldn’t leave it because it covered up the UI too much. We couldn’t just tell our captains that we left the bug ‘because it’s cute’.

Instead, we prepared a new event! Hugely grown heroes due to the developers! The broken 4th wall!
Clear the event dungeon with the help of your overwhelming heroes, and receive various rewards!
– 【10 Keys】 will be required to enter.
– There will be 7 stages for the event.

■ Loading Illustration
In commemoration of the Year of the Black Rabbit 2023, 1 dot and 1 original illustration will be added.

■ Hero Name Features
There were multiple feedback from new captains that it is difficult to match the names of each heroes. 【Hero Filter】 will now only display the name of each hero without the heroes’ titles. Hero names can also be checked in 【Illustration Tome】 in the 【Library of Dimensions】.

■ Purchase History Reset
In celebration of 2023, the store’s purchase accumulations will be reset.

■ New Package
New Year’s Package for the Year of Rabbit will be added to the store.

■ Errors Fixed
– Many Captains have inquired about the issue of not being able to enter 【Total War】. The issue was mainly triggered when there is a hero registered in 【Total War】 that is not owned by the captain. Thanks to our captains who have written the process very specifc, we were able to identify the cause and now have solved the issue. Thank you.

【Skardi】,【Leonia】the last 【Starchildren】, will be coming to Hasla on 19 January. Before February’s updates, the 2 heroes will not be available All Hasla Hero Selection Ticket.

Recently, many of our captains have experienced inconvenience due to not receiving response from the customer service center. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused. We will be responding our captains’ inquiries sequentially from this month. We will try our best to respond more quickly and stably from now on.

The following is the error correction situation that many of our captains inquired. We are again truly sorry for the inconvenience.

■ Sound issues
There seems to be an issue where the sound disappears when Bluetooth is activated. It is an issue related to the engine upgrade, so it is taking more time to resolve the issue than expected. Please send in the device and OS information in cases of other sound disappearing issues, and we will check further.

We would like to finish today’s letter with the introduction of the development keyword for the year 2023.

The keyword for 2023 is ‘SMART’. We would like our captains to have a convenient, plannable, easy gameplay. For more information, please check our ‘Let’s CQ!’ episode 59 document which is uploaded on our official website on the ‘Updates’ board.
