Greetings Captains!
 
In order to provide a more enjoyable and stable game environment, NHN Corporation(“NHN”) would like to announce that Crusaders Quest’s services and user data will be transferred over to Crusaders Quest’s developer, Loadcomplete Co., Ltd.(“Loadcomplete”)
 
This decision was made to be able to provide more fun content and improve upon the game's shortcomings. for all of our Captains

# Transfer of Services and Personal Data

- Monday, February 26, 2024
 
◈ Development/Service Provider(Controller of personl data) Change
- This includes the transition of Crusaders Quest’s service provider from NHN to the developer of Crusaders Quest, Loadcomplete.
- All game and personal data held by NHN, service-related usage records, and all rights and obligations under contract with NHN will be transferred over from NHN to Loadcomplete during this change.

◈ Notes on Transfer of Service and Right to object
- All game data and information (Captains, items, resources, etc.) you have will be transferred, and you will still be able to play the game just the same as before!
- You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data on grounds relating to your particular situation.
- If you would like your game and personal data to NOT be transferred, you can object to the transfer through our customer support or through the procedure below before the transfer date.
PLEASE NOTE: This process will delete all of your Crusaders Quest game information and account data, and account recovery will not be possible afterwards, so please be mindful!

We process your personal data for our legitimate interest (fulfilling the contractual conditions from the contract with Loadcomplete), the necessity of such processing in order for us to perform under a contract with you, and our legal obligation to process your information.
