Hello, this is the Crusaders Quest team.
We would like to inform you about the stats of 4 new skins (Svenja, Ozma, Caroline, Charlotte) released on 2 February being higher than the past Hero Pass skins.
Looking back to the decision making phase, we found that there were policy errors as provided below.
1. In 2016, when the event skins were first designed, there was a policy to grant lower stats compared to the purchasable skins at the shop.
2. Since many Captains wanted to purchase the skins after missing out on the event, the event skins were made available in the shop since January 2017.
3. For the first Hero Pass event (Subject Hero : Jack), we have not considered the above policies, and started to apply the policies starting from the 2nd Hero Pass event (Subject Hero : Svenja).
Since the event skins can be purchased from the shop after the event, there were no necessities for difference in stats.
Therefore, somewhere during February or March, the stats of some of the lower-stat event costumes will be upgraded.
We truly apologize for the confusion caused by the policy errors.
