We would like to inform you that there was a confirmed issue where some Captains experienced ‘No Response from Server’ when receiving the Arena Tokens via Mail, which was the compensation for the 9/12(Tue) Temporary Maintenance.
We confirmed that the issue occurred when Captains who have never entered the Arena attempt to collect the Arena Token.
To all Captains who experienced this issue, please enter the Arena after unlock, and then collect the Arena Tokens in the mail.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and confusion caused. We will do our utmost best to provide a stable service.
