Hello, this is the Crusaders Quest team.
For Captains proceeding with the new and returning captains’ Skip Quests before the 8/10 (Thur) update, there was a known issue where certain quests are not getting cleared.
To captains who experienced inconvenience due to this error, after the 8/24 (Thursday) update, if the conditions below are met, we plan to consider these quests as cleared and will distribute the unreceived rewards collectively through the mail.

– Content: Inability to clear certain quests from the new and returning captains’ quests before the 8/10 (Thursday) update.

▶ New Captains’ Quests
– Day 7 Quest [Congratulations on your Seventh Day, Captain!]
= Clear Quest for Day 7 (Reward: Premium Contract x 9, ★4 Hero Contract)
– Day 7 Quest [Challenge the Challenge!]
= Play Challenge once (Reward: Treasure of Grancia x 2)
▶ Returning Captains’ Quests
Day 6 Quest [Congratulations on your Sixth Day of returning, Captain!]
= Clear Quest for Day 6 (Reward: Premium Contract x 10)
Day 6 Quest [It’s Time for a Challenge!]
= Play Challenge once (Reward: Treasure of Grancia x 5)
Day 7 Quest [Congratulations on your Seventh Day of returning, Captain!]
= Clear Quest for Day 7 (Reward: Premium Contract x 10)
Day 7 Quest [Let’s Try Total War!]
= Play Total War once (Reward: ★5 Accessory Box x 3)
– Eligible Captains: Captains who were participating in the new and returning Captains’ Quests
– Compensation Period: 24 Aug, 2023 After Update
– Compensation: Process on the unclearable quests as cleared
(Every “N-Day Quest Clear” with conditions to clear all quests of the particular day will also be rewarded.)
