      Hello, this is the Crusaders Quest team.

      We would like to inform you about the error that was identified at 19:00 on 10 August (Thursday), after the end of the third auction round of the ‘Auction Event’ that was added after the 10 August update.

      [Details of the Confirmed Error]

      – When entering Bridget’s Antique Auction, the game freezes and in some cases, players cannot re-enter the game until the settlement server is restored.
      – Where the minimum successful bid for the third auction round is settled as one bidding ticket.
      – The issue where rewards were not obtainable after participating in the third auction round using one or more bidding tickets.

      These issues have been confirmed as temporary server downtime, which caused the settlement to not proceed properly.

      Please note that we are currently discussing with the publisher managing the server, analyzing the cause, and closely discussing measures to prevent recurrence.

      Additionally, a temporary maintenance is scheduled for today to provide compensation for the occurrence of the third auction round error.

      Please check that the following compensation will be sent during the maintenance.

      – Compensation Reward : Antique Costume Selection Coupon x 1
      – Compensation for Captains who participated in the third auction round : Restoration of Bidding tickets used in the third auction round, one S Grade Auction participation count
