      If Captains are experiencing connection issues which is included in the confirmed cases below,

      please send an inquiry to our customer support center with the name of your device and its operating system (OS) for further assistance.

      – Issue where the game forcefully exits after screen transitions from ‘HanGame’ logo loading screen to a black screen
      – Issue where the game forcefully exits after screen transitions from a blank white screen to a black screen
      – If any of the mentioned issues persist even after the updating the game from the application market.
