There have been some identified issues after the update on 7 September.

Please check the details below for more details about the issues.

[Known Issue]
– An issue where the purchase limit for items in the Fishing Shop was being displayed abnormally.
– An issue where Soulbound weapons were not being given when combining heroes through the new hero combination method in the Alchemy Lab (Issue fixed).
– An issue where the purchase limit for items in the Arena Store was being displayed abnormally.
– An issue where the rankings for Ordeal and Total War are not displaying correctly.

[Upcoming Fix Notice]
– Fixes are scheduled through temporary maintenance for data adjustments and server migration after 9/11 (Monday).

※ Please refrain from using the Fishing/Colosseum shop as much as possible before the temporary maintenance.
※ It will be difficult to provide separate compensation if you use the fishing shop after the registration of this Notice.
※ It will be difficult to provide separate compensation if you use the Arena Shop after the registration of this Notice. (Added at 13:50 UTC +9)

– Eligible Captains: Captains who crafted the affected Heroes through the new hero combination method in the Alchemy Lab until the issue is fixed.
– Compensation: Unclaimed ★4 Soulbound Weapon
